I-77 International Megasite

The I-77 International Megasite is an industrial site along Interstate 77 just north of Columbia, SC, and an hour south of Charlotte, NC. This 1,500-acre site was acquired recently by Fairfield County in partnership with the S.C. Department of Commerce and is designed for use by a single major manufacturer that can bring 2,000 jobs or more to the area.

The SC I-77 Alliance called on Blue Avenue to develop a graphic identity, feature video and website for the I-77 International Megasite, to assist economic developers in selling the site.  In addition, our team is working alongside the Alliance to create awareness for the site via press releases, email blasts, feature articles, collateral materials as well as a print and digital ad campaign.
